Post-CA:TWS - Bucky recovery
 Parallel Constructions by freshbakedlady
There were two fics I read that compelled me to watch the movie. This is one of them. Summary: "In the absence of orders, the man wearing the face of Bucky Barnes must figure out who he will be. The answer, mostly, is 'somebody Steve Rogers can love.' Nothing so easy should ever take this much work."

And this is the other fic that made me watch the movie. Summary: "It's harder than Steve ever expected to bring Bucky home."

 Post-CA:TWS - Steve/Bucky oblivious pining
last night, while I slept, they rearranged the streets by musesfool
The Avengers help Steve and Bucky get an apartment of their own, because everyone thinks they're dating. Summary: "It's like the oblivious leading the clueless."
 Come To Morning by emilyenrose
Bucky knew Steve was sweet on him. Author's note: "As far as I'm concerned the real title of this story is still 'The One With Omnidirectional Pining'."
But We Can Try by hetrez
This fic broke my heart into itty bitty pieces, and patched it back up again. This is a somewhat unusual take that I love, with a Steve who isn't coping too well, and a Bucky who is trying to be his own person, and the two of them navigating the future and friendships and each other. And Steve draws Bucky a lot, and tries to put into those drawings what he can't put into words.

Steve Rogers at 100: Celebrating Captain America on Film by eleveninches, Febricant, hellotailor, M_Leigh, neenya, tigrrmilk

Alternate universe to CA:TWS - Steve/Winter Soldier sleeping with the enemy
make one dream come true (you only live twice) by beardsley
Summary: "Five times the Winter Soldier evaded capture. In which there are tuxedoes, vodka martinis (shaken, not stirred), fakeout makeouts, massive property damage, a shark pit, and Steve has an Ursula Andress moment. But mostly, in true James Bond fashion, villains are seduced to the side of good."
Our Broken Parts (Smashed on the Floor) by This Girl Is
Summary: "Steve is sent undercover to catch an elusive Russian assassin. He didn't want to do it in the first place; he’s damn certain he won't be asked again."
